Snow'd!
Though there might have been some flakes earlier this month, we've got snow going on right now that's actually sticking to the ground, cars, trees, slow-moving children, etc.
Snow!
Ugh. Growing up, Thanksgiving Day was always the official "you can start expecting snow now" day, but that was in Wisconsin. I'm south-er now! Snow should be put off for a couple of weeks!
Ah, well. This will just encourage me to turtle the whole long weekend... which I was going to do anyway, but now I have a socially acceptable reason.

Comments:
While IN is souther than WI, it is not SOUTH. FYI, here in OH we have had more snow than our neck of WI for the last two years running. Since you live in that portion if IN that gets more than it's share of winter precipitation, you truly are snow'd (or is that snpw'd?).
TO, I wouldn't say snpw'd, as I know you're going for an "owned" variation. I'd say something like snowned or snpwned.
There's a boss in World of Warcraft - Postmaster Malown (which has a subtle sports joke in the name) - and if he beats your party, he yells out "MALOWNED!"
He didn't beat my party the one time I ran into him though, and I have his shirt to prove it. :D

You know the weather guys need to find a new job when they said "Hrm, can't tell if it will be snow or rain on Thursday and Friday, so we'll just put both." GRR. I'm travelling this weekend, and I need to know!
I woke up this morning to half an inch of snow that was, to the best of my knowlege, totally unexpected. We were supposed to get a little freezing rain maybe, but not snow.
And tomorrow is supposed to be a mix of snow and rain, which will be simply lovely for Thanksgiving.

Whenever I hear about snow, I feel like the prince in The King & I who doesnt believe in snow because hes never seen it.
I have seen it though. Just not in FOREVER.

The highlight of my Thanksgiving was the snow.
It was great. Especially since I won't see it again for AGES.
